August – Something green a day
Surprisingly this was the easiest month to date. I know it doesn’t sound hard, but I thought it would be more of a hassle to try to incorporate it into a meal or two everyday.
It was as easy as adding some peas to a pasta, spinach to a smoothie, avocado to a sandwich, cucumber to a salad etc. I’m happy to say that I went everyday with something green. YAY.
